Including a bar area connected to the outdoor kitchen is a trend that continues to grow. It provides a designated space for a drink fridge, and it’s a place to serve drinks, and place appetizer platters for parties.
Fire pits, fire tables, and outdoor fireplaces are also being incorporated into backyards to create a relaxing place to extend the evening.

In recent years, different types of shade coverings have been created using modern technology and materials:
-Wooden pergolas have been around for decades, but are now better constructed, with more options for sun and rain protection, as well as other options.
-Aluminum Shade Structures are now available with louvers that open and close to allow you to customize your outdoor experience.
-Pavilion Solid Roof Structures give you the most shade and rain protection and can be overflowing with features, but are also the most expensive to build.
