Our design-build process is structured to give you clarity, confidence, and momentum from day one:
1. In-Depth Design Consultation (3 Hours)
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to explore your ideas, priorities, lifestyle, and the full potential of your outdoor space.
2. Concept Development & Vision Planning
By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clear design direction and a custom concept plan taking shape.
3. Design Refinement & Budget Alignment (Within 2 Weeks)
We refine your design while developing a realistic project budget, ensuring transparency and alignment from the start.
4. Project Scheduling & Permitting (As Soon as 6 Weeks)
Once finalized, your project moves efficiently into scheduling, planning, and permitting, keeping everything on track. to how each element comes together to create a cohesive outdoor living experience..
