Since 1980, Don Vivatson & Alderland have been working with their clients designing and building out of this world landscapes and swimming pools. Alderland services the entire Bay Area from Santa Rosa to Morgan Hill. Our projects showcase a variety of different design styles and construction techniques that have put us above the competition. Our projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in a tidy manor, never compromising on craftsmanship.

Many of our clients would just love to take a dip during our hot California summer days, but don’t have the space for a traditional pool. Today there are great options for these hopeful swimmers, such as spools, swim spas, plunge pools, and of course small custom swimming pools. The project shown below is a great example of an 11’ x 17’, 6’ deep small pool, enhanced by a raised wall with two spillways, benches on 3 sides, 8 jets, and a hidden auto-cover.

We were hired to install a waterslide and bocce court on the hill, everything else was existing. The slide is fast, hence the extra side boards! Fun project!
